Entries and registrations for Bergen Swim Festival 2025
Registrations
The entries need to be sent electronically by email in one of these methods: Stevnebørsen, Prima-format or on Lenex. Registrations are to be sent to: meetoffice@stevnebergen.no
Deadline to send in registrations is March 12, 2025.
Late registrations
Registration after the deadline can the accepted as long as they are done before the end of the information meeting. (Thursday April 3. at 8:00 PM (kl 20.00)) Late registration is double price per start-200 NOK (individual) 400 NOK (relay)
Execution
The meet will be conducted under World Aquatics regulations.
There will be an A-flight and B-flight in the prelims. For the finals there will be A and B-finals in separate sessions.
The A-flight will consist of 6/5/4/3 heats for the 50/100/200/400 meters, with the swimmers with the best times competing in the A-flight.
The remaining swimmers will swim in the B-flight.
Only the top 18 swimmers will compete in the 800-meter and 1500-meter freestyle events. These races will take place during the A-flight (#9-18) and the A-finals (#1-8).
Times achieved between March 27, 2024, and March 2, 2025, in either a 25m or 50m pool can be used. Times from 50m pools will be seeded ahead of times from 25m pools. For the 800m and 1500m freestyle events, times from 25m pools will be converted to 50m times for seeding purposes.

Welcome to AdO Arena, the premier aquatic facility in Norway, and the official venue for the Bergen Swim Festival. Designed to meet the highest international standards, AdO Arena offers a world-class swimming environment that ensures optimal conditions for both competitive swimmers and spectators alike.
The facility offers a 10 lane 50 meters competition pool, with 3m depth.
Electronic timing (IC control)
A separate 25m warm up/ cool down pool with 8 lanes.
Athletes seats will be located on the grand stand, spectating the 50m competition pool and 25 meter pool. Call room is on the other side of the warm up pool.
