Scandic Ørnen
The closest hotel to the swimming pool is Scandic Ørnen, a 4 star hotel, located just a 3 minute short walk from the pool. The Light Rail also has a stop right outside, making it incredibly convenient.
In collaboration with our partner Scandic, we offer complete accommodation packages with full board at favorable team rates.
Prices with Full Board
Single Room: 2350 NOK per person/night
Double Room: 1700 NOK per person/night
Triple Room: 1400 NOK per person/night
Prices include hotel accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet per person — from dinner on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure.
Lunch times will be adjusted according to the A-flight schedule.
Booking
Bookings are made through the registration form available on our website.
Please select your preferred hotel when submitting the form.
There is a limited number of rooms available, and we recommend booking early.
Once submitted, the booking is binding and registered as final.
A deposit of 50% will be invoiced on January 12, 2026.
The remaining balance will be invoiced with payment due March 18, 2026.
For bookings made after January 12, the full amount (100%) will be invoiced upon confirmation.
A complete rooming list with all guest names must be submitted no later than March 19, 2026.
Rooms without registered names after this date may be subject to an administrative fee.
Only one booking per club is accepted. Multiple submissions from the same club will be merged and treated as a single booking.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair and predictable conditions for all teams, the following deadlines apply to hotel bookings through BSF and Scandic Ørnen:
Free cancellation or reduction until December 9, 2025.
Partial reduction (up to 10%) with a 50% charge until February 7, 2026.
Scandic Bergen City
Located right next to the old swimming pool in Bergen - Sentralbadet, you'll find Scandic Bergen City (4 stars) . Still within walking distance to the swimming pool, passing through the beautiful Bergen city center.

Zander K -
Located near the train station in Bergen, you’ll find Zander K Hotel, a modern and stylish hotel in a quiet setting. In walking distance from the pool, less than 10 minutes. The Bystasjonen shopping center, with various shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, is also right next door.
A short walk past the train station brings you to the arena. The hotel is also close to the Light Rail at the "Nonneseter" stop, making it easy to travel to and from the airport. One stop further and you're in the heart of Bergen city center, with Torgallmenningen, the fish market, and Bryggen.

Lunch and dinner buffet, provided by Beredt, can be ordered at the AdO Arena café through us at Stevne Bergen. 195kr for lunch, and 220 for dinner.
