Hotel booking form

Scandic is the official hotel partner of the Bergen Swim Festival 2026.
Teams can choose between Scandic Bergen City or Scandic Ørnen ( fully booked)

Scandic Ørnen have some extra rooms - single and double rooms only

PS: Scandic Bergen City have 2 single room left, 1 double room, and 1 triple.

Please fill out the form below with your contact details and room preferences.
Each club should submit one booking form only, as the booking will be registered and confirmed based on the information provided.

Once submitted, the booking is binding and cannot be modified through the form.
For bookings made after January 12, the full amount (100%) will be invoiced directly, with no reduction options.
