Preliminary entry form

Scandic Ørnen

The closest hotel to the swimming pool is Scandic Ørnen, a 4 star hotel, located just a 3 minute short walk from the pool. The Light Rail also has a stop right outside, making it incredibly convenient.

In collaboration with our partner Scandic, we offer complete accommodation packages at favorable prices.

Prices with Full Board:

Single Room: 2.235NOK per person/night
Double Room: 1.570 NOK per person/night
Triple Room: 1.320 NOK per person/night

Includes hotel room, great quality breakfast, lunch buffet, and dinner buffet per person. From dinner on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure.

There are limited number of hotel rooms available.

Upon booking, a 50% advance payment will be invoiced, with a payment deadline of January 8, 2025.
The remaining balance will be invoiced with a payment deadline of March 12, 2025.
A complete list showing all names and persons staying in each room must be received no later than March 12, 2025. If not, a fee will be incurred.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made before January 8, 100% of the rooms can be canceled without charge.
For cancellations made before March 12, 25% of the remaining rooms can be canceled without charge.

Scandic Bergen City

Located right next to the old swimming pool in Bergen - Sentralbadet, you'll find Scandic Bergen City (4 stars) . Still within walking distance to the swimming pool, passing through the beautiful Bergen city center.

Prices with Full Board:

Single Room: 1.900 NOK per person/night

Double Room: 1.350 NOK per person/night
Triple Room: 1.185 NOK per person/night

Zander K - Fully Booked

Located near the train station in Bergen, you’ll find Zander K Hotel, a modern and stylish hotel in a quiet setting. In walking distance from the pool, less than 10 minutes. The Bystasjonen shopping center, with various shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, is also right next door.

A short walk past the train station brings you to the arena. The hotel is also close to the Light Rail at the "Nonneseter" stop, making it easy to travel to and from the airport. One stop further and you're in the heart of Bergen city center, with Torgallmenningen, the fish market, and Bryggen.
